These terms cover your use of the Highlight Keywords browser extension and this website. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. The Free plan is available at no cost. Lifetime Pro is an optional, one-time purchase that unlocks the Pro features described on this site for the lifetime of the product, with no recurring subscription.
Lifetime Pro is sold and processed through Gumroad. Payment, receipts, and refunds are handled under Gumroad's terms and the refund policy stated on the product page. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not a guarantee of indefinite operation if the underlying browser platform changes.
Do not use the extension to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with websites in ways their owners prohibit. You are responsible for the keywords and URLs you add.
The extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or work on every website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the extension. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy is to stop using it.
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page.
These terms follow the laws of the country where the developer is based. If the consumer laws of the country where you live give you rights that these terms cannot change, those rights still apply to you.
